Seattle, WA — Emerging from the vibrant underground rap scene, x!d3n is carving out a space for himself in the world of music. A passionate artist with a unique style, he’s blending influences from some of rap’s most exciting names, drawing inspiration from his life, emotions, and the music that fuels him.

What Inspired x!d3n to Make Music?

Born in 2016, x!d3n’s journey into music was ignited by the underground rap movement that took over the scene during that time. Artists like Lil Uzi Vert, Juice WRLD, and Trippie Redd — the “big three” of the era — were especially influential, drawing him in with their distinct sounds and raw emotion. But for x!d3n, it wasn’t just about listening to music; it was about creating it.

He explains, “I felt I could express myself way better through music than anyone else, even those mentioned. But it’s the feeling you get when you hear a track you love, and you’re ‘geekin’ on it, that inspired me. I want to make music that lets me ‘geek’ out, and when you’re listening to it, you’re listening to my world.”

The Latest Release: “dr!nk”

x!d3n’s latest track, “dr!nk,” showcases his distinct style. With its ambient beats and rippled rap delivery, the song explores the darker side of life — the sorrows and emotions that come with trying to cope with hardship. The title itself evokes a deep, almost overwhelming sense of drowning, symbolizing those moments where it feels like sorrow can overtake you.

“I feel like ‘dr!nk’ represents something deep — maybe a drink you could drown in due to sadness or sorrow,” x!d3n shares. “It’s a track that speaks to anyone who’s gone through tough experiences and can relate to that feeling of being overwhelmed by life’s challenges.”

The First Performance and Big Milestones

x!d3n’s career took a significant step forward with his first performance at a venue in Seattle on April 12th. He had the opportunity to open for Chxpo, an underground rap artist who made waves in 2016. The event marked a major milestone in his journey, giving him the chance to showcase his talent and connect with a larger audience.

“This performance was a big deal for me,” says x!d3n. “Getting to share the stage with Chxpo was a moment I’ll never forget. It made me realize how far I’ve come and how much further I can go.”

Plans for the Future

Looking ahead, x!d3n is committed to taking his music to the next level. Having recently enrolled in school for music, he plans to continue refining his craft while balancing his education with his real-world ambitions.

“I’ve missed too many chances not to try,” he admits. “Now that I have the opportunity, I’m taking everything available to me and using it to push myself further in both music and life. You never know where life could take you, and I’m ready to see where it goes.”

With a deep love for his craft and a strong vision for his future, x!d3n is certainly an artist to keep an eye on. His passion for music, combined with his relentless drive, sets him apart as a unique voice in the underground rap scene. Whether it’s through his emotional lyrics or his captivating performances, x!d3n is only getting started.
