Philadelphia’s own Kir is making a triumphant return — not just to the streets, but to the music industry with serious momentum. After serving five months behind bars, the rising artist didn’t waste a second. While still incarcerated, Kir locked in a major publishing deal with Warner Chappell Music, one of the most respected names in the business.

That’s not just a comeback — that’s a power move.

Now free and focused, Kir is wasting no time building on that momentum. He’s set to drop a brand new record with fellow Philly standout KUR on August 15th, a release already buzzing among local fans and industry insiders alike.

The streets are watching — but so is the industry. Kir’s story is one of resilience, strategy, and raw talent, all converging at the perfect time. From jailhouse deals to a major-label backing and high-profile collabs, Kir is making it clear: he’s not here to play — he’s here to stay.
