Hailing from Charlotte, Tennessee, a small town within the Nashville metropolitan area, Nicholas Ellis Sylvis, professionally known as BDN the Flexxxer, has spent years refining his sound while blending influences from both Hip-Hop and R&B. Born in Dickson, Tennessee, BDN’s passion for music and creativity began at an early age, eventually leading him to pursue a career that extends beyond performing.

Before stepping into the spotlight as an artist, BDN entered the music industry in 2018 as the manager of local Hip-Hop and R&B group Know Signal. In January 2019, he officially launched his own recording career as a rapper and singer-songwriter, quickly developing his unique style and artistic identity.
