Since the casting announcement in 2023, fans have been eagerly awaiting the first glimpse of the biopic Michael, starring Jaafar Jackson—Michael Jackson’s own nephew. After what felt like a lingering “curse” surrounding the film’s 2025 delays, the electrifying one-minute trailer finally arrived, making it easy to forget the long wait.

Also starring are seasoned actors Nia Long, Coleman Domingo, and Miles Teller. Younger Michael will be played by Juliano Valdi, an MJ vessel since he was a toddler.
